How to take care of your piercing!

What do you need to buy:
- Liquid soap
- Saline solution
How to sanitize:
1) Wash your hands well and rinse.
2) With clean hands, make a new foam and pass over the hole and the jewel, move the jewelry and right after rinsing.
3) Put a little physiological serum cotton swab and pass between the hole and the jewel on both sides removing the cones
Note: Do this procedure a maximum of 2x a day.
- Avoid eating: pork, chocolate, seafood and fatty foods during the healing period.
-Healing and at least 2 months
-Don't put your hands dirty in your piercing, 90% of inflammation start that way.
